'The Donn Diary' started out a couple of years ago as a spontaneous idea to do some creative online marketing. Marisa was the Face of a new belgian beer brand called Donn beer, and we thought this would be a fun side-project.
In this storybased concept, we have been linking a picture to a story, on a weekly base. We aired that story at wednesday 8pm on facebook and this over a period of 1 year. The content of those picture-stories was based on giving the customer/follower a view in the life and lifestyle of its icon, the Donn-girl. Marisa and I would describe a scene or write a story around that picture. At times we had to hustle our asses to make our deadline, but every time we made it out of the woods.
At the finish, we even ended it in style doing some videoclips.
